Both are different campuses in terms of location. Also in BIT lalpur BBA is the major course offered whereas in BIT Mesra a variety of courses are available like B.Tech,M.Tech,MBA,Bpharma,Hotel Management.
BIT Mesra is known for its Engineering and Hotel management degrees in UG and PG. Also there are research facilities available in Biotechnology and Aeronautics and a course in MBA. BIT Lalpur for its courses in management like BBA and few MBA courses. The means of admission in both the colleges are different.

A student has to keep 85% compulsory attendance in all individual subjects. If it is in between 75%-85%, you lose 1 Grade i.e. suppose you get A+in a subject, you will be demoted to A, and if it is in between 65%-75%, you will lose 2 Grades, i.e. A- in this case. If attendance is less than 65%, you are not allowed to give the exam!
