No, it is not enough if you score just 61/360 in JEE Mains examination. You need to have 300 and above to get a top NIT or at least 250+ to get a good college under JEE counselling. So try next time.

It is difficult to get to get government medical colleges at this score as your score is below 50th percentile which is the qualifying cutoff for MHT CET.

Nope, can't say it regular for all. But some or the other do visit BK campus.
There is a placement committee and PRO who handles placements, if you want PSU, be a part of placements committee and approach such units.
All this will be explained to you in detailed during your orientation.

Since you are in one of the top profession, I would suggest you to continue with it only. If you want to switch to MBA, you need to give CAT exam, and you need to clear it with good percentile to get any of the top institutes like IIMS or St. Xavier College etc. Yes, you are eligible, because you have 50 percentile score in your graduation.
