Since you haven't mentioned your rank, so I am probably guessing you have scored very low marks. I am sharing a list of few engineering colleges/universities where you can apply and get admission in course you want to pursue:
UTM Shillong (Campus of MIT Pune)
LPU Punjab
UPES Dehradun
Amity University
These are few colleges i personally can recommend as many people in my known have graduated from above mentioned universities and among all these UTM Shillong has the best feedback in comparison.
