Indore is considered as the cultural capital of MP. If possible do get admission in a college in Indore. But if you have BBA in a place where you live, you can pursue there itself.

No. Keep it as a backup only. Go for it only if you don't have any other better college left and want to pursue MBA this year itself. The placement figures too aren't encouraging. Avoid it if possible.
