If you have a good percentage in 12th as well, by good I mean like 90+; then there are chances that you can get into a NIT. Moreover, CSE is a highly prioritized branch, for that you can go for your home state NIT. And the chances increase if you get category reservation.

It's quite tough to migrate from one University to another. There has to be equivalence of course between these two universities. In addition. your college should be willing to allow you to migrate since it will be loosing fees from you. Process has to begin from the college where you are learning at present.
