After completing B.Tech in Mechanical you have two option, either you can do MBA or you can do M.Tech in the relevant discipline. So, it is your choice about what do you want to pursue. If you want to open your choices to management then MBA is the best option otherwise M.Tech if you want to enhance your technical skills. Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE paper 2 because above 300 marks are considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs or government colleges. So, there is no NIT available for you, so you should try for private colleges.

Yes, chances are there as 32 is the par score for SC category students in JEE Mains. You have got 58 marks. Do attend counseling at all the NIT's.
