Hello Vignesh,
Since PSG college of technology comes under Anna University counselling, you are advised to apply for that. The seats are filled only under the process of counselling. So, till now there are no information regarding the vacancies of seats for the courses in PSG.
And, PSG is under private ownership. So, you try through management quota that is you can apply separately for PSG by getting a form offline. But, I'm not sure whether this provision is available or not.

You need to visit our campus and submit the application form along with xerox copies of your 10th and 12th certificates and a passport size photo. Based on your application meeting the eligibility criteria, you will be called for a personal interview. If you are selected, you will be issued an offer letter. On receiving the offer, you need to confirm your admission by paying the registration fee.

Yes, you can appear in UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test). The exam is organised for 84 different subjects including Home Science. Through this exam, you can get awarded a Junior Research Fellowship and can also get a post of Assistant Professor. From 2019 onward the UGC NET Exam will be organised by NTA (National Testing Agency). If you want to know more about this exam, then visit here- https://www.eduncle.com/cbse-ugc-net-exam. But, in IIT Roorke you have to qualify JEE Mains paper 1 and JEE Advance, and then you need to appear for separate exam 'AAT'. Only then you will be eligible for Roorke and Kharagpur.
