Aspirants should have an aggregate of minimum 60 percent in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects in order to get admission in BBA FIA. So yes, maths is a compulsory subject if you wish to apply for BBA FIA course.

Though there is no huge competition for B. Arch at Anna University, your scores matter a lot for getting a seat. Your score is not bad, but it is not sure that whether you can get a seat at the SAP campus or not. Try your best at the counseling.
