If you wish to work as a HR, then I think it is not necessary to do any course related to the airline industry, you can have specialization in Human Resource and then you can apply accordingly. There are different companies whose selection criteria vary. You can search the companies' websites as well for detailed information.

It is indeed nice to see your enthusiasm for pursuing aerospace engineering. You need to pass your 12th with good marks and then clear CET of your state or JEE Mains & JEE advanced for admission in IIT. You may also attempt clearing CET of deemed to be universities offering this course.

Yes, you can. In SASTRA, 70% seats for B.Tech course are filled on the basis of JEE Main score along with prior weightage to the marks in 10+2.
30% seats in B.Tech are filled on the basis of merit drawn on the basis of marks in 10+2 followed by counselling. In the case of admission through JEE Main over 70% seats, 75% weightage will be given to JEE Main score while 25% to the marks in 10+2. In the case of admission, on the basis of 10+2 merit over 30% seats, normalized marks of each board will be considered.
Best of luck.

I recommend visiting the official LPUNEST website for the specific programme you are interested in. There, you can find valuable resources such as previous year question papers, syllabus details, and sample papers. To excel in the exam, it's essential to have a strong command of your subject, as well as proficiency in verbal and analytical abilities. Best of luck in your preparations!
