Yes, you can do it without any doubt. It will be easier for you as you already a computer Science graduate.
NIT (s) ask for maths as a subject in your 10+2 or graduation level. Rest, there are many universities which doesn't even consider Maths as a criteria.

Criteria is class 12th marks and percentage. While some ask for a minimum 60 per cent, some others even demand, as high as 80 per cent besides affluent academics in graduation. However, as you will gain experience, then the importance of 12th marks keeps on decreasing.

The eligibility criteria of IMUCET for getting admission in engineering courses are given below. Eligibility 4-Year B.Tech (Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering) Residential: 10+2/equivalent (PCM-Average: Minimum 60% and a minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th or 12th Examination)
So from above, you are not eligible for IMU's B.Tech courses.
