No, you can't give CAT after class 12th. One needs to complete graduation before writing CAT. Eligibility criteria for CAT 2018:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST and PWD/DA category). Percentage obtained in Bachelor's degree would be calculated on the basis of practice followed by the concerned university/institution. It is not compulsory that you will get a government job on the basis of your ability you will get a job. Nowadays, there are less vacancies. And the university is not considered while giving the job.

The best Colleges are top 5 5 NITs (Warangal, Surathakal, Trichy, Rourkela and Jaipur). BIT-Mesra, DTU, DAIICT, IIIT-D, IIIT-H and IIIT-A are also good colleges.

After 12th, one of the option you can look for business oriented career is BBA and then MBA. Course for BBA is related to MBA course curriculum. Other options are BBS/BBM. You can also look for 5 year integrated BBA+MBA course. IIM -Indore offers integrated MBA course.

Sorry to say, but you can't get admission in any NIT. For OBC students to get admission in any branch of any NIT, a rank under 12K is required. For general category, it should be under 40K. So, better to go for private colleges because with this score, you can't even get any government college. Don't think of dropping a year for JEE. Go and study in any good college that will be much better.
