Hello, It depends on a few factors which includes your total flying experience, the Service provider who is offering you a job and whether you are a fresher or you have experience with any airlines. Also, not to forget the destinations you are flying.
As a fresher commercial co-pilot, you can start with Rs. 70000 per month. Pilots with couple of years of experience could draw a salary of Rs. 200000 per month. which could go upto Rs. 500000.
Apart from this you have other components like flying allowances and so on. Your airline will take care of your stay in hotels and medial and all. I have provided these figure based on my knowledge
