If you clear all reappear then you can get job , there is no compulsion about reappear that a student who have reappear he/she can not sit exam , afcourse they can sit on campus placement exam but they should clear all exam before joining at company , so there is no need to worry regarding this problem , be concentration on your study and maintain a good academic record

Generally, candidates join lateral B.Tech course after completing diploma in any engineering field to get direct entry into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.

Cpa is for accounting.if you plan on being a bean counter, then cpa is for you.
cfa is a 2yr program w/multiple exams you need to take in order to get to the next level.
so there is cfa level 1, cfa level 2, etc.
i believe 4 levels total.
cfa is more useful for analysts.if you don't have an MBA, a cfa is good street cred.
