Hi Remin. Go in for design course in NTTF. There are two reasons why I say this:
1. You have done your bachelors in Electronics and doing a course from NTTF would make you a specialized person in this field. Doing MCA will destroy your hard work of 3 years. Do MCA only if you have interest in computers.
2. The world is seeing a major rise in electronics thanks to Internet of Things (IoT). Do read about this on web. This is the future and it would create the need of electronics professionals as a need was created for the software professionals.

Yes it is possible to get admission in civil engineering diploma. But you will waste precious 3 years of your life. while you can just work hard and reappear next year pass 12th and then go in for civil engineering degree.

Vedant try for good private institutes in other states, there you can easily get admission in diploma.
Some good universities offer integrated courses too like integrated diploma-B.tech-M.Tech courses too.

There are many good universities around like Chitkara, Manipal, Lovely etc that are offering MBA courses and admissions can be procured on CAT/ MAT scores too.
