To the best of my knowledge, one cannot change their JEE Marks. However, if you are not satisfied with your current JEE Mains marks, you can re-appear again next year with thorough preparation.

HI,Yes its a good Institute .college is really good ,placements are also good .Also they are good I ranking of engineering colleges.
So in my opinion its a good college then you can go for it. As manipal is relatively new institute so their alumni network is not so strong and that affect the brand image of any institute .
so don't worry your 50 lakhs not worth .
