IT is Information Technology, ICT- Information and communications technology, IC - Instrumentation & Control Engineering (ICE). There is a lot of difference between all these branches. IT is related to computers, ICT is not offered in all the colleges, ICE is related to instrumentation control.

There is no difference in BE and B.Tech. Earlier there was only BE but from the past 20-25 years name was changed to B.Tech.
Only few government colleges are there which still have BE instead of B.Tech.
But beside course choosing college is also an important thing.
Check your admission in following :
1. Pune University
2. COEP
3. Lovely Professional University
4. IP university.

You can become lecturer if you do masters as per AICTE norms. So it is advisable to go for M.Tech regular from some university, as in university there is a good scope to become lecturer there only as an internal candidate after completion of your degree. Check some top institutes for taking admission such as osmania university, VIT, Lovely professional University etc.
Admissions are already going on so dont waste time.
