Saurabh, you can go for MBA general where in 3rd semester you will get to choose specializations. You can opt for both banking and finance. These days, there are some universities are offering specializations like financial marketing, banking and insurance, financial engineering and so on.
As for preparation, start preparing for CAT/ MAT etc , it will help you get admission in some of the good universities for MBA.

Umaid, it is necessary to be a graduate for taking admission in MBA irrespective of specialization.
Even for admission there are different ways. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
Another way of admission is internal tests or admission criteria of individual Management Institutes or Universities.
