M.Sc-Computer Science is post graduation in Computer Science which is focused on Computer System Architecture and Designing, Communication and Networking, and Programming side.
Entry / Eligibility : B.Sc-CS/ IT, BCA, B.Sc-Electronics etc.
MCA is three year professional post graduate degree in Computer Applications. No it won't hurt your placements. You have nearly 3 years of work experience and that would help you to cover up your low academic scores. The companies will then focus on how well you did during these 3 years. Also, not all companies focus on academic scores.

A -BBA in USA will take 4 years and the cost might range between 20 to 45 lakhs per year depending on the university you choose. An MBA for another 2 years again will be around 40 to 70 lakhs. There are hardly any scholarships for business degrees.
