Hi Jyoti,first you will need to attend the counseling for the college and if you get the approval for college then immediately submit the required documents in the hostel office present near the counseling center. You will need to submit the admission letter and some of the forms made available by them. After that you will be required to submit some documents like address proof,aadhar card,electricity bill etc. about which you will be informed there. According to me you should go for ECE in Govt. Engineering colleges because now a days placement scenario for ECE is increasing day by day than Computer Engineering.And if you did from a Govt. college then you dont have to worry.

You can not do two degree simultaneously in majority of universities unless there is a provision of dual degree in university. Mumbai university does not allow M.Com & MBA simultaneously.
