After completing B.Sc. you have 2 options:
1. To opt for a job.
2. To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Sc., etc.)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Sc. and then opt for further studies. The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in Science field, then you may pursue Masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
- Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your BCA and have landed up a backlog which has delayed your graduation. There are various career options available these days. However, I would recommend that you first do away with your backlog exams as it is very crucial for moving ahead towards acquiring a good course and enhance your studies.
In the meantime, you can pursue a networking course such as CCNA. CCNA is a popular certification in computer networking developed by Cisco Systems. Cisco created the CCNA to recognize basic competency in installation and support of medium-sized networks.
The core CCNA certification can be obtained by passing a single 90-minute written exam. The exam has no prerequisites, although Cisco and other companies offer various formal training courses to help students prepare. Topics covered on the CCNA exam include
* LAN and WAN design (including the OSI model)
* IP addressing
* routers and routing protocols (including OSPF, EIGRP and RIP)
* VLAN (virtual LAN) and WLAN (wireless LAN)
* network security and management (including ACLs)
The basic qualification for getting into networking is preferably a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication followed by a course in Computer Hardware. People with non-engineering background who possesses good knowledge of Computer fundamentals can also enter this field.
In addition, recruiters prefer certain global certifications. Some of the popular International Certifications available for LAN/WAN Administration are MCSE, UNIX Admin, LINUX Admin, CNE,etc.,Whereas for WAN Administration you need CCNA,CCNP,CCDA,CCDP,CCIE.
Internet Security is an emerging technology in networking, which can be implemented by using Firewalls. A large part of the firewall implementation worldwide is done by Checkpoint/Computer Associates.
