hi chandra.you have an excellent IELTS score. good universities for that course are UCL, strathclyde universty, university of glasgow, camebridge, shaffields university. try hardly for strathclyde, becoz, it is in glasgow, scotland. this university has a excellent name for its programmes. and cost of living also less compared to england. More over there are good scholarships and you need to show 5400 pounds for maintanance purpose to visa officer for getting visa, where as for london you have to show 8000 pounds as a maintanance.
