For full time, you should be a graduate with minimum 50 % to 65% (Depend on institute to institute) you also need to appear for entrance sch as cAT, CET, XAT or MAT. For part time, you should be a graduate with at least 3 years experience and if you want to opt it from reputed institute like IIMs you can go for Executive Management programme for which minimum 10 to 15 years experience is required
If you are fresher, try for full time with reputed institute
