In order to take admission in MSc Chemistry you should have relevant bachelors degree along with IELTS/ TOEFL you may apply online to the university since the information available on the website is in german language so i would suggest you to kindly contact the university directly also you can email :- thomas.behrens @ chemie.uni-hamburg.de
The master's degree in chemistry includes four semesters (two years) and is a further professional qualification and an in-depth research-related, scientific training in the course Chemical.

This is definitely not safe. Reputed medical colleges will not sell it seats and the small time institute will not provide you proper infrastructure. If your ambition is to just get an MBBS degree then Russia is cheapest option as you can complete entire study in 12 Lakhs. Other option is Mauritius

You van go for B.E./B.Tech./BCA/BBA if you are from non-medical stream but only for the medical entrances if you are having bio in 12th.
This all was from degree point of view, and is highly recommended than distance mode and non degree courses.
