In this case you have 2 options either you can go for IITs or other colleges. For IITs you have to prepare GATE and after qualifying GATE exam you are going to be able to get admission into IITs say IIT BOMBAY
On other hand my college I. e. ICT MUMBAI takes their personal entrance test and take admission on the basis of that test mainly in my knowledge for M.Sc. Chemistry in ICT is highly competitive you have to score at least 65 percent to get in. And some colleges are direct taking admission on marit basis in mumabi you can go for KHALSA COLLEGE, RJ COLLEGE, SOMAYA COLLEGE, etc. Are some examples.

You can take admission in any of the colleges after doing 12th from NIOS. There are so many colleges in which you can take admission. NIOS Board is recognised by the government authorities. So, a student who has done schooling from the NIOS board is eligible to take admission to any college/university in India without any hassle bustle. A student can go with any Bachelors degree course according to the wish because most of the colleges and universities want a student passed from recognised boards of India and NIOS is a recognised board.
