Hi,
Every university has its own course specific fee structure, in order to know the exact fee structure it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, it may cost you around NZ$ 20,000 to NZ$ 30,000 for pursuing masters degree,plus you require 10,000-12,000 New Zealand Dollars per annum to support your living in New Zealand, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

icai has announced direct entry scheme under which any graduate and post graduate are allowed to get admited directly into IPCC level. However graduate or post graduate having commerce background should have minimum of 55 % mark . And for graduate or post graduate having any other background should have minimum of 60% mark. So dear you will have to go through entry level i.e. cpt which is first level then after IPCC level and final one.
