Hi,
The one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.

As you get your revert from specified institute, please note that most autnomus institute, including the one mentioned by you, does provide University Degree programs by virtue of alliance with various universities.
You may consider regular degree from IITs or Graduate Diploma from NID.
Even SID, MIT, Shristi etc also offers programs in Design and Animation

To enter marine engineering college :
** You need to complete the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and at least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII.
** You need to meet detailed physical fitness and medical standards to qualify for admission.

Dear Ankur, It is the mentality which create difference between regular courses and distance courses. Distance Courses are recognised by UGC and DEC, you need to check it. It is also recognised for employment purposes, due to lack of awareness and knowlege, old system and choices companies take as per there system whether private or govt.

The question posted by you is not clear. As Germany is a country known for its technical courses, specially Automobile and Mechanical. Request you to re-frame the question and post it again with all the details including the the stream/branch that you would like to study from Germany.
Also it is not clear whether you want to pursue a UG or PG from Germany as the eligibility for both are different.

Instead of doing any special certification i will advise you to concentrate on your studies and get good marks for getting better placement.
since you are willing to do these courses for getting help in placement i will advise you to better utilize your time in improving your communication skill,body language etc.
see if you will unable to answer interviewer question in the way that it needs to be answered then no certification will help you.
So concentrate on your studies and search for any extra class of organizational behavior or communication skill or ask to your teachers if they manage to give you extra class for that.
