Please remember with 15 years of education i.e. (10+2+3) UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree as in order to masters degree from US you need to have 16 years of education i.e. (10+2+4)
However if you wish to pursue MS degree from US only in that case you should complete your Msc degree from India and tehn apply for for admission in MS program in US universities.
In order to pursue masters degree from universities in UK, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take IELTS or TOEFL test to prove your english language proficiency.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.

the selection of subject in mains (only one subject) is solely a candidate choice depending of his interest and understanding.
initially GS may appear tough ,lenthy and boring but once you will start learning it is most enjoyable part of whole exam.you start from basic basics and then read specific books.you may also join some institute nearby you where you will meet like minded candidate.but select institute very carefully .
