Dear Nithika, I would suggest M.Phil instead of PGD HR.
It will not only increase your knowledge but Status too .
PGD HR will be at less or same level of MBA but M.Phil is more than MBA as it will be Post MBA qualification & then PhD within 2 years.
1 Year MPhil then 2 year PhD
