Usual Web Design course at Arena is 12-15 months on normal track. The course is called GWDD. Through this you'll be equipped for Graphic Design as well as PHP based opensource website integration, UI Design, etc besides Web Design and Flash Animation and Apps at the end of this period. MBA is definitely not a bad option after an engineering degree if you are desirous of suitable positions in the management cadre. A general tendency is to opt for Systems / Operations / Project Management and the like after an engineering degree. But if you are desirous of switching to Banking and Finance Sector, then MBA in Finance is not a bad choice. Apart from some common papers, some of the papers may be core and new to you and you will have to consider learning seriously. Private banks such as Axis, ICICI, HDFC etc do hire MBA Banking professionals.
