The Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is an exam-based payroll certification attained by individuals who possess a high level of professional competency through both the acquisition of knowledge and direct payroll experience.
Prior to sitting for the exam, a CPP candidate must verify employment in the payroll profession preceding the exam date. The CPP designation indicates that an individual has the experience and skills necessary to provide strategic payroll management and support to facilitate a company's overall business goals.
The CPP exam consists of 200 multiple-choice questions covering tasks, knowledge, and skills in eight broad subjects identified by CPPs as the major areas involved in security management. All exam questions come from the official reference books. No questions on the exam are taken from any other source.

Although, the kind of B-School you get would largely depend on your MAT score, but few of the good B-Schools in Bangalore accepting MAT are Christ University, Alliance Business University, M.S Ramaiah Institute of Management, BIMTECH etc.

There are two different ways to become Income Tax officer one of the well known ways is to sit for Civil Service Examination as on most of the Senior positions in various Government Departments in India are selected through these examinations, second method would be appear for SSC and get selected for a lower level position i.e. Income Tax inspector and then reach the higher positions through promotions.

In order to pursue PHD or Research from US universities, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows :(though it may vary from university to university)
In majority of the institutes, Master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D. while others admit graduates too. You can work as a Graduate Research Assistant and register for a part time Ph.D.
It is important that you have good scores in common entrance tests such as GRE and English Language examinations like TOEFL.
Internships or other work experience will add to your qualifications.
The annual expenses of most Ph.D. students are about $28,000-$40,000 per year.

If you want to do PhD programme in Soil Science, you won’t find many Universities providing PhD degree. However, few of the Institutes which you may try with are: Kerala Agricultural University, Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University. For research work you can also try with Indian Institute of Soil Science (Bhopal) or Indian Agricultural Research Institute.

It would be difficult to get an Institute providing Masters or MBA in Aviation. Few names which I could suggest are Amity, UPES, etc. Aviation and related programmes comes under the category of vocational subjects you would more easily find Institutes giving Diploma or PG Diploma Programmes.
