You can do the following courses : Programming, Tally ERP.9, MS Office, Networking, 2D & 3D Animation and VFX, Software Testing, etc. Please let me know what you want to do in future and where you want to build up your career. You have high chances of entering in IT fields as you have taken uo Maths in 12th. So make sure you read it and take necessary actions as per your choice of colleges.
For Lateral Entry seats in government college's entrance exams is the only way to secure a seat.

To do MS in Germany you need IELTS over 6.5 band and minimum 6 band in all four components. If you have academic minimum 60 % you are eligible to get admission. You also need German language A1 certificate. If you have 80 % and above in your academics you can get free education.
