I doubt. ANM course is specifically designed for female students, but there may be some colleges are permitted to offer ANM course to male students. You must research and check the eligibility criteria for those colleges, first. Though GNM is a good alternate for male students who cannot pursue an ANM course.

Of course. AICTE approval is most needed for a technical course. However, there are theories (from various judgments of court cases regarding AICTE approval) that Universities don't need AICTE approval while colleges do require.
