I doubt. ANM course is specifically designed for female students, but there may be some colleges are permitted to offer ANM course to male students. You must research and check the eligibility criteria for those colleges, first. Though GNM is a good alternate for male students who cannot pursue an ANM course.

No, there is no project work if one does B.Com. But this is university specific. It is advisable to check the same before enrolling in the course of the respective university.
