A transfer certificate from an educational institution has no period of validity in which it has to be used. Maximum is that the new institution may ask the student holding the transfer certificate to get a verification letter from the issuing institution thereby confirming that it has issued the said transfer certificate. Then as the time progressed and humans made progress in technology a need awakened to start an additional branch which was an extension of the electrical branch and it was called as electronics branch.
