On the basis of your class 10th and 12th marks, you are eligible to apply for a bachelors course in Canada. However, due to your IELTS score, you may face difficulties in getting admission.
The minimum requirement by more than 95% universities in Canada for the IELTS is 6.5 band score and above with a minimum score of 6 in each section. I would strongly recommend you to retake the IELTS.
