If you looking for compeletely related to computer application course so you can go with MCA.
Or else if you looking for related to other speclization like-Maths, Physics and other science related specilization so you can go for MSC course.
So now decision is yours. If you are interested to software field so you can go for MCA.
And if you interested to science sector, so you can go for MSC.
