none of the German universities offer PG courses in Homeopathy. However, if they accept this degree as equivalent to paramedical or natural science degree, you may be eligible to apply for nutrition and other paramedical subject of your interest

If your BHMS stands for Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery and from the recognized university then i would suggest you to go for masters from India only . Germany is basically famous for engineering and research programs so as per my opinion its better if you do masters from India only you will surely have a good career here.Rest is upto you also in Germany these programs are taught in German language only .
