Hi,
The duration of graduation course is 3 years, please remember the one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.
Feel free to discuss more.
Click on the thumbs up, if you found this useful.
All the Best.

AIIM offers certificate course in banking with placement assistance at around 27k. You may check www.aiim.in to know more about them. I am not sure whether it has got any presence in Pune. Alternatively, if budget is not a constraint, you may check with IFBI, a joint venture between NIIT and ICICI Bank.
