You just need to be graduate from a recognized University in order to be eligible to apply for UPSC exam. Your score in the exam will be the selection criteria, and not your previous marks in education.

Expected score for agribusiness till now was around 60 marks. It mostly varies year to year because it depends on the difficulty level of exams. Also, for the first time, the online SNAP exam is going to take place, so may be the score will vary.

How to Get Admission in Master of Science [M.Sc] (Agriculture)
The admission to the program is based on performance in the Entrance Examination and the academic record of the student in graduation.
Some of the Entrance Exams for M.sc in Agriculture is as follows:
AGRICET: Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University conducts a Common Entrance Test for admission to M.sc in Agriculture. The application forms are available online from May/ June and the exam is held in July.
ICAR AIEEA: ICAR conducts an All India Entrance Examination for Agriculture. The application forms are available online in February and the exam is held in April.
MCAER PG CE

First, admissions to Polytechnic are based on marks obtained in 10th. Secondly, you get a Diploma after completing 3-years study in a Polytechnic and it's not granted by any university. Thirdly, there are plenty of institutes offering Diploma but there is no independent assessment and hence it's not possible to rank these. Fourth, admissions are given to mostly to domiciles of the state only.
