You can opt for the Masters in Animation / Multimedia after your graduation from a recognized university but in case of a M.Sc degree, some of the institutes require students who have done B.Sc in graduation as eligible for the course.

As you are already linked to the media industry, I don't think it will be difficult for you to start a career in the glamorous Film and T.V. world.
Acting is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of talent and hard work. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc.
Also I would advice you to get a portfolio done and submit it in various Fashion houses, AD agencies and Modeling agencies, as AD and Modeling usually provides the platform for Acting in movies.
