Hello! Being an Alumni of LPU I can say that Lovely Professional University is very strict in terms of it's eligibility and entrance exams. Eligibility of B.Arch at LPU is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and NATA 2020 or JEE

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NATA and JEE Paper 2 even with 58% in 10+2, as the minimum requirement is 50% with Mathematics, which you meet.

For B.Arch admission at Lovely Professional University, you are also eligible since LPU requires at least 50% marks along with a valid NATA or JEE Paper
