With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you as universities in US requires 16 years of education for admission in their masters program.

To pursue Masters in UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in UK have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

I disagree with Manmeet Kaur.
Firstly, Mass Communication is not limited to just Journalism.
Secondly, you can ignore the qualities stated. They seem suitable for a TV news reporter.
Thirdly, IT IS NOT A PRESTIGIOUS CAREER!
But that doesn't mean it's not fun.
Let's start with what Mass Communication has to offer. A LOT! Advertising, PR, film making, designing, etc etc etc etc! There's so much you can do. Obviously, Journalism is also a part of it. So take a pick and then take a dip! Whatever career option it is,stay focused and try to gather information apart from what is taught.
Then, the qualities required. Most important quality required is - COMMON SENSE. Easily found, barely used. Other qualities depend on the field you want to get into. But trust me, use of common sense will surely do wonders.
And finally, the media field is never considered prestigious! However stereotypical but medical, engineering, etc. are the prestigious careers. I am not saying this, but this what is in place in the society. What media has to offer which usually others don't, is the amount fun you have it work. You enjoy your work! I don't know how the 'reputation index' works for careers, but I love the media industry.

An embedded system is a computer system designed to perform one or a few dedicated functions. Embedded systems are especially suited for use in transportation, fire safety, safety and security, medical applications and life critical systems as these systems can be isolated from hacking and thus be more reliable.
In order to pursue your masters, you can try in various universities in U.S. and U.K. where it is a very common course and a lot of universities offer it. Few good universities are:
SUSSEX, KENT, BIRMINGHAM, BRADFORD in U.K. and in U.S. University of Pennsylvania, George Mason University, University of California Irvine etc.
But as you have asked this question under Germany, I would like to say that though Germany is one of the countries known for technological advancements, embedded systems is a very rare course there. Few universities that you can look for in Germany are:

In other words you can work on Hellicopters,Aeroplanes or Rockets,Space Shuttle,Space Centre,Missiles as well.
