Hi Kanika, ICWAI is the reputed Institute that is established under an Act of Parliament and recognized by Directorate of Certificate in accounting and technicians. Institute is internationally recognized by the University and approved by Government of India.
Institute invites all the eligible aspirants for admission in to Certificate in Accounting Technicians (CAT).
To be eligible,
*Candidate must have appeared/ appearing 10+2 level from the recognized board.
*Candidate must have done graduation in any discipline or must pass the ICWAI foundation program.
ICWAI offers foundation, intermediate and certificate courses. Institute also provides job opportunities as junior Accountants or Accountants in Retail Sector, Small and Medium Enterprises, BPO, KPO etc.
There are three levels of ICWAI qualification course.
1. Foundation Course :
You can apply for the Foundation course after completing 12th (Age >/= 17 years).
2. Intermediate Course :
You can apply for the intermediate course after qualifying the Foundation course
OR
after completing graduation (other than fine arts).
3. Final Course :
You can apply for this course after qualifying the Intermediate course
DURATION of the Course :
Foundation course : 10 months
Intermediate course : 1 year
Final level : 10 months
All the examinations are held twice a year. One in June and another in December.
FEE Structure :
Foundation level : around Rs. 10,000/-
Intermediate level : Rs.34,250/-
Final level : Rs.34,050/-

To be eligible, students must pass in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level.
OR

'A' level course of DOEACC Scheme is equivalent to an Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. Students can acquire this qualification by undergoing this course and passing the examination conducted by the DOEACC Society. Working professionals can also appear in this examination directly, provided they possess the requisite educational qualification as indicated below.
Eligibility
i) For students appearing through an institute Level 'O' /Government recognized polytechnic engineering diploma after class 10. Followed in each case, by an accredited 'A' level course (no concurrency).
