As per my knowledge and search, Overall Cut off for
XLRI Business Management Program: 72-76 Marks
XLRI Personnel Management & Industrial Relations Program: 68-72 Marks
XIM Bhubaneswar: 64-68 Marks
Goa Institute of Management & Loyola Institute of Business Administration: 58-64 Marks
So I would suggest you to go for next XAT as this score would not get you any good college. As for now, do not ponder much, concentrate more on your preparation with the aim to crack the next with a much higher score.
To add on I would say to follow the 7 easy steps in order to crack the examination successfully:-
*Clear your basic Maths Concepts
*Work on your vocabulary
*Develop the habit of reading
*Reasoning skills can be improved by solving puzzles
*Practice a lot
*Once you know your strengths and weaknesses, go for some full-length tests. Observe how you improve your score with each passing test.
*Revise

Hi Darpan, as per your work experience, you may opt for Executive MBA. It is specially designed for the working executives to take part in the program without hampering their career and considering the work experience one must be an apt candidate for a good number of institutions.
To be eligible, candidate must be graduate with a minimum work experience of 3 years. However, it must be remembered that the work profile, status in the work place are closely considered while considering an applicant for an EMBA.

Earlier we discussed about ICBM and IIF and your scores were 54 in CAT & 73 in MAT. As far as above two are concerned, I would say that you need to revise the previous method of analyzing the college where parameters like faculty, education, teaching methods, curriculum, placements, fees, etc. play vital role. As for the recognition,
MS Ramaih, Bangalore- AICTE
IPE Hyderabad- AICTE & Osmania University
So I believe you can consider either of the four since all offers trusted recognition.
