Its, not about May or Feb score, its about the session most of the good Universities take part in Dec/Feb cycle for selecting students reason being most of the Good Universities have one session, but there are lot Universities having two session due to which they participate in May admission cycle as well.

After diploma you have different career options in private and public departments or companies. Having completed civil engineering, you can join for jobs in several private construction companies. You can also get jobs in PWD in government section. Jobs may also be available in Railways in construction and maintenance departments. You can get in to junior posts like Technician, Assistant, and Supervisor etc in this department. You will be selected for these posts if you pass RRB exams. If interested you have chances for clerical positions in public sector banks too. But it is compulsory to pass written examinations.
