Hi,
Congratulation! You have scored very well.Yes you can get admission in XIME. Their are many other good collages with good placement record. But It is tough to state which one is better as every institute has it's own plus and minus points. You need to check certain parameters before joining any institute such as:
*recognition.
*success rate.
*how old the institute is.
*course details.
*faculty.
*alumni feedback.
*Specialization offered.
*Past placements records.
*Tuition fees.
*City preference.
*Industry interface etc.
So, think and decide wisely.
Some colleges to mention:
-Amity Business School, Noida
-Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepre
...more

Last year there was no IT as a specialization. Operations as specialization was there and esteemed companies like Boscon, Saint Gibson,Bose came for campussing. College do provide IT as a specialization but due to small number of students opting for IT the college was unable to provide IT as specialization.

Yes, marketing is a good choice as per placements here.
Students from marketing profile had got placed in companies like HCL Technology, Exide Industries, Tata Logistics, Bajaj Electricals, Havells India and many more this year. All the deserving students are placed from marketing batch.
Engineering Background with Experience is certainly a plus point.
