For PGPM, candidates should have prior work experience of minimum 2-5 years. Course duration is less than 2 years. Colleges that offers this course are, S.P Jain, Great Lakes etc.
Whereas in PGDM, it does not compulsorily require to have prior work experience. It is for full 2 years.
Both course options are good. Both degree offers good placement with good packages. It all depends on you, which option you opt>

None of colleges are offering such a course in Bachelor level. For engineering and architecture you should have physics, chemistry and mathematics in your class 12th, however you can try for diploma course where minimum qualification is class 10th.

If you are interested in pursuing engineering from abroad and that too from a country like Australia is always worthy. However, it should be desirable that the institute should be a public institute (funded by government) or a high-value private institute.
A country like Australia allows their students to do some part-time jobs with certain maximum hours per week (depends upon the institute rule). So it is not advisable to rely on part-time jobs to pay tuition fee (at least not your first year). Try to find some scholarships for your tuition fee and other expenses.
All the best.

I think you need to clear the interview stage cut-off for IIM A to get a call and do well in the interview to convert the interview call. It is not a question of how you completed your degree, but how your composite score (as calculated by IIM A; the process is given on the website) compares with others and whether it makes the cut or not. In the interview, it is likely that this question regarding the completion of your degree would come up, but it is a matter of how well you handle the situation that determines your chances.

You may get a job on the basis of your Diploma degree. There are many colleges which allow B.E along with the job. The classes will be in evening and practicals will be on weekends. So try to find a job near to the institute.
Aligarh Muslim University, Jamia Milia University-New Delhi, Delhi Technical University are few such institutes. All the best.
