There are institute level quota in mms but I think even those are difficult to get since there are too many rushing to get admission in welingkar

You can provided you completed your education from a UGC-DEC recognized institute. Also, admission requirements vary from university to university across the countries. Hindustan Aerospace & Engineering is an institution situated in Pune that offers aircraft maintenance courses. These will not fetch you either B.Tech or B.E degrees since courses offered are not approved by AICTE. But, since these are approved by DGCA, you get employment opportunities.
