There are different paths. One can go for PG in engineering. One can opt for 2-3 years of work experience and then resume studies. One can opt for MBA. One can become an entrepreneur. It all actually depends on what is your desire and how much hard work you want to put in. Any path you choose, please have self-confidence. That's all. Best wishes to you.

While IIMS, XLRI, ISB and other stand-alone institutes offer a fellow programme in management FPM universities and the IITs and NITs offer a Ph.D. in management. The difference between a Ph.D. and FPM is similar to the distinction between an MBA and PGDM. This is the eligibility criteria the applicants must have completed master's degree or equivalent with at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science, etc. , from UGC -recognised universities/institutions.
