Civil engineering is one of the oldest and most important branches of engineering. It deals with construction, design, and maintenance of buildings, roads, bridges, dams, and other structures. Many top colleges in India offer civil engineering with good placements, strong infrastructure, and quality teaching and some of the best Indian colleges are IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, and IIT Kharagpur but as per my POV IIT's have very limited seats.

The basic eligibility criteria of NEET UG is given below.
Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
- General - 50%,
- OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
- PWD - 45%
So 12th with PCB is must for NEET UG and if you have passed than can be eligible only.
