1) After successful completion of B.Tech Mechanical Engineering you may opt for specialized streams such as :
-Thermal Engineering
-Automation & Controls
-Nuclear Engineering
-Fluid Mechanics
-Welding and Joining
2) You may go for MBA if in case you are interested towards management line. Otherwise, if you are interested in research then M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is a viable option.
3) According to me, there is no term called 'Best' as there is tremendous scope in almost every field. Scope is entirely based on the interest you have shown in a particular field. So, choose the stream wisely which matches your interest and personal attributes as it will be then easier for you to climb the ladder of success.
